* 19h00 ( Post-Training ) :- Shake proteins ( 40 g )
- 20 G honey
* 20h00 :- 250 G chopped steack ( 5 % )
- 300 Ml of soup
* 22h30 :- Shake Whey proteins ( 40 G )
Last week : * 7h30 : - Shake proteins ( 40 G )
- 10 G honey ( To avoid hypoglycemia )

* 13h30 : - 250 G Turkey

As you can see, on the beginning i eat every 2 hours, on the end every 3 hours gradually. I drop carbs gradually too.
