He's mathematically out of the race - he can't win. But he can completely freeze up the state's ability to vote for the next 6 months by continuing lawsuits.
This comes at a cost to the taxpayer (waste of money) and directly contradicts what he ran on - the will of the people. They spoke, and they chose Murkowski.
Do you think he should/will continue to just throw a wrench into the democratic process by suing as long as he can? And if so, should EVERY candidate start doing this? In missesota, Al Franken lost 6 months of voting time because his opponent just kept suing. Should Miller do it as well?
