How hard would it be to set a 3 topic a day limit?

I'm no computer geek but I wonder if there is a way Ron could set a 3 topic per 24 hr period limit. The bottom line is, if you are posting over 3 new topics a day on here, probably 75% are out of boredom and you don't have the ability to control yourself. It would be great if SOME people had the ability to monitor themselves, but the evidence from this board is overwhelming that there are a few that need some guidance.

Agreed.  I'm not looking to hurt the feelings of any obviously deranged or damaged individuals but the board requires some sort of failsafe to keep good posters from being displaced by bad ones.  Serious business.

3 topics a day is plenty, 20 posts a day is plenty.  How about anyone with more than this gets flagged, then Ron or the mods can make the call.  It'll be the same accounts day after day.
