Nah PJim, I wasn't taking a piss out of Mentzer. I think that "diet" has literally nothing to do with looking great, except that one needs to eat some calories at some point in time

P.S. I even believe in rather low protein intake, case in point, a powerlifter friend of mine only ate about 80 grams of protein per day and maintained his 280 pounds of fairly lean weight 12-15% bodyfat and his 700 lb bench press
