DK nordic supplements was a German based UGL, or you may be thinking of Nomad Labs.  Both were ok, but the latter was very good.

Paul Borreson pretty much dug his own grave with his own advice.  He didn't take steroids seriously giving his stacks child-like names and most of his advice was just downright retarded.
