i got Kerr's book. well, a copy of the one he published,lol. he said 100 dianabol a day and 40-50 anadrol a day were the norm. some used up to 1500 dianabol every day.

damn i wish i woulda known somebody with this kinda knowledge when i was competing. i was so scared to take much, i probably coulda got pretty huge with larger/longer cycles.

ya, that's what kept me from increasing doses. so now i don't do juice but drink my face off and take tons of painkillers.  Grymkowski told me that going off is what wrecks organs. restarting after a break with higher doses when your system isn't used to them. kinda like if a street drug addict goes through rehab they will OD with there previous typical hit

i can't verify that anyone took 1500 dianabol a day. i wasn't there. but i can verify that in Kerr's book, he states that some powerlifters found it necessary to take 1500 dianabol per day. i have the book, and that statement is in it.
