I dont think football, baseball etc are all natural but the drugs arnt needed to compete, unless you are talking about something that needs an out and out level of performance at one very specific thing like 100m sprinting.Pro bodybuilding on the other hand, you cant even turn pro unless you use, which forces 100% of the guys competing to use.
