Fact of the matter is Tony was taken into custody for nothing. No probable cause quite honestly. Just because he looks like he takes Steroids doesn't mean he does.. And also making him submit to a drug test. Is ludicrous. We are not talking about computer habits and the NSA, we are talking about what happened in Sweden.

Even if he tests positive for steroids, there is no case against him.  Is it illegal to have anabolics in your blood while in Sweden, even if taken in another country?  Totally ludicrous.

No, it's not retarded because of that. If you make it illegal for people to use steroids, then it makes perfectly sense to bust someone who you KNOW is using roids. Steroid use should not be illegal PERIOD.
