Vince Taylor - I am doing the Masters in 2011

Hey guy's,

 I  have been asked  if I was going to compete in the  Masters contest in 2011.

ANSWER: I DONT THINK SO .

I like the idea, but competing against guys in there 40's  ( Dex, Ronnie, x-man ) the list goes on......
I just don't think I would have enough Fire power to take on those great champions in a One on One battle in  One Open Class competition.....After all Iam  just  10 - 12 yrs older then them..

Legitimate question for the master Vince:

some people claim you didn't train hard, do you think you were actually one of the few bodybuilders who trained perfectly ?

I know "disgusted" feels that way too

look at guys like trey brewer they train heavy take shitloads of drugs get burned out and forced to stop..Vince is 50something and still manages to continue living this lifestyle.

palumbo said the best his arms grew was when he went to isolation cable exercises for them.

i started training my triceps this way and have noticed a definite improvement in them.

Yeah, we all know that he didn't train hard AFTER he got all his size and mass, but the more important question is: Did he train hard BEFORE he achieved all of his size and mass. And that fellas, is the most important question.
