I seen pics of Hany training Jay doing back at Golds Venice.Why does Jay listen even listen to this guy?
Trust me, Jay knows more then Hany will ever know.Jay may come off as quiet and reserved, but he is actually a intelligent guy.
He doesnt talk, instead he listens.He says very few words and watches everything he says, because he doesnt want anybody to get information out of him.Trust me, I have talked to Jay on a technical level, the guy is sharp.He just acts shy and reserved.I can honestly say Jay knows more about dieting training and Nutrition then all the gurus combined except Chris Aceto.Jay forgot more then Hany will ever know.
FST 7, FU$#% STUPID TRAINING.Like I said before Jay has been training 20 years, he knows exactly what he is doing.
The only time he screws up is when he listens to someone else, or has a shoulder infection from a site injection OF Winny.Thats why he was off at the Olympia 2 years ago.He had to take antibiotics for an infection from an absess.
Jay being training by Hany is like A homeless man gving Bill gates finacial advice.Its uselss..
The only thing it did was get Hany aroused, and made him feel special in side, lol

I gave that HST-7 training style a run, and it didn't do sh!t for me. It seems that in theory it would cause an increase in mitochondral (sp) mass, but not fiber mass, and would therefore not cause much of an increase in muscular density, but in cellular density. And speaking of that, maybe that's part of the reason phil and jay's muscle aren't so rock hard and granite-like? Hmm...
