Woah very interesting it said i was "banned" explanation?

in red letters it said "Johnny Falcon you are banned from posting or receiving pm's on this forum I shit 3 times a day in morning and 2 at night"

i thought this was very odd, no title change or anything but i was banned for like a few days, im guessing it was because of that thread or a mod is pissed at me. i could not post or anything but i could edit my profile and signature

anyways im pretty big, im 270-280, i could stand to tone up some but realistically i think my body prefers the extra fat for a few reasons probably hormonaly related. Ive consuming hot peppers with grapejuice really helps, also consuming blackstrap molasses and plenty of beans and flavored rice. but i think ive picked my last straw for finding "new foods" that work because ive tried everything except eating random plants and roots. But i will continue my research on "jing" building foods and herbs
