"Melted"?  Surely you jest?  I rarely get angry and never so on a silly board.  Consider it a lessen in proper insult.  Fairly well written and pretty much extemporaneous (i.e., off the cuff) as well.   What was that line from "Blazing Saddles"?  I can't recall.  My mind fails me.  Again.  ;D  Now then, I am old and in need of rest, oh young and tall man.  A war of words, even one as lopsided as this takes a toll on an old fart such as I.    Good night.   ;)
Careful patting yourself on the back so much, you may fall and break a hip.

Rest well old timer.

look up some of gironda's training routines or serge nubrets training...
eat the way gironda describes (mostly beef and eggs all day long whenever you're hungry)
don't count calories, just make sure you eat 2-3 meals a day (you'll get really hungry eventually)
take a fat burner and increase the dose every 2 weeks (i'm assuming you're natural)

5500 cals? why the hell did you do that? a pro or a big guy will tell you they eat 6-7000 cals so that they don't have to tell you that they take 3-4 grams of gear eating 2-3000 cals of junk and look like they aren't dedicated or lazy.

follow what's written up there and you'll be ripped in 8 weeks... 6 weeks if you add a little clen and ephedrine. if you want to do it even faster, and then gain your muscle back after you've lost all your fat... do some cardio for 20 minutes and increase by 10 minutes every week.

eating massive amounts of cals and feeling like shit all day while looking like shit is the reason why most people get depressed about bodybuilding... btw, you look good and you don't have a lot of work to do to get back to that condition at 185 lbs unless you're storing 60 lbs of fat on your back

you are waisting your time in bodybuilding if you have no approach to hgh,,NO HGH = NO BODYBUILDER= NO GROWTH PAST CHUNKY CHIP MONK,,

yes yes you can be 200lb at 6% on anabolic steroid only at age 24 ,, try it at 35 and see what hapen to you ,,immposible

fellas past 28 have to be on hgh to be bodybuilder,, competetive at high level got to be hgh and insulin and know how to use the insulin !

fellas under 28 can pass by with steroids only but they better have high release of natural hgh in body because if its not they will waste their time and blow wind,,

thats the reality ,,thats what no one care for you to know,,thats what companys would pay money to kill me for if they knew my identity,,

this truth is stronger than anything youll ever hear,,

read this posting ,,make it known to your friends,,walk proud ,,walk proud because you know whats up,,you know whats us therefor you= bodybuilder

small big average dont matter

you know whats up = no one can fool you = less money for companys to fool you = you win any day any time

The impingments make my arms go numb and I get pain going all the way down my elbow. My neck hurts like hell all the time to. Doc sayed they're impinged in the c5, c6 area. I have bad posture so it makes it worse plus I'm hunched over the computer alot I need a better chair and desk to use. If you have insurnace I would try to find a doc. If you can't get to a doc figure out some good streches to do and give your body some time to heal.

Yesterday I was reading about postural problems, and how anterior pelvic tilt can impinge nerves, which can shut off various muscle groups... so I tried correcting my posture (since I had a very noticeable tilt) and doing a couple lifts, and WOW!!!  It's like my whole body works again!  I can get a pump and everything, even in my traps which NEVER worked before.

I even contemplated forgetting the diet and bulking up again, but for health and fun im going to cut down first, then maybe try to bring up my weak parts.

All I can say is, never underestimate the importance of posture!!!  Unbelievable, I feel like I've wasted years and years without knowing this.

thats from the meat eating

welcome to the new age

you have no awaken to the golden age my son, where all succesful people become vegetarians, its the only way to live in harmony

losing hair because of meat eating is only a lesson, the tables are turning against you , every animal you consume you lose the ability to regrow that hair strand and so forth and so on, you can be redeemed.

What do you eat instead of meat?  I eat meat for solid protein (just chicken).  What would you replace this with?

noodles or rice with beans

the perfect seasoning is add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of whole milk 2 table spoons of butter and plenty of sea salt, it gives it that perfect taste like a beef stroganof pasta but vegetarian

the rest of my food is juices and pies (pumpkin, cherry, applecrumb)

I suppose I would consider switching to vegetarianism for the health benefits.  When it comes to food I'll do anything so long as it benefits my physique, benefits my health, is easy to prepare, affordable, and doesn't kill my appetite completely.

I'm just concerned with finding a healthy vegetarian alternative to chicken, which is practically all protein.

I'm following wave lengths dieting guide, so I won't be doing anything too extreme, just reducing calories until I'm shedding 1-3 lbs a week.

I read your post but not the entire thread but I think I got the gist.

Forget about bodybuilding per se. Think in terms of health and fitness. I gave up bodybuilding in my mid twenties. I started to do more circuit training where you just move from one exercise to the other without sitting around for a minute or two. That way you combine aerobic training with muscle training. I got this from Arthur Jones who use to say to train your muscles anaerobically and your body aerobically.

I cut down my training to three days a week dividing up my upper body into two workouts using push/pull and the third day for legs. When I was active in sports I just trained twice a week dividing into upper/lower.

Rarely in life do we have the ideal situation. We have to make trade offs. It doesn't have to be an all or nothing thing. Training two days a week, if that's all you do, isn't going to turn you into a mutant God, but it's better than nothing and the cost to your personal isn't that high. And it will put you head and tails above the masses in terms of fitness and quality of life.
