Diet don't mean shit! It's all about PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD ;D P.S. Gironda's 30 sec btw sets of 8X8 ONLY works for conditioning purposes.

it was high protein and fat

so steak and eggs, protein shakes in heavy creme
no carbs, no fruits, i dont think any veggies either
every like 5th day or maybe less he would reccomend a carb up meal, like pasta
