I did the Falcon Pull back Punch workout in my gym and was asked to leave. I did however have an incredible back pump. Thank you Mr. Falcon.

i tried to do these punches just now and its harder than it looks. you have to have epic control of all your back muscles and shoulders or you could really strain/pull something

Started the diet too brother, Back in the gym right now at 3:24am-not getting much sleep these days. Getting ready to hit the beaches this year with the daughter-she loves the ocean at 1 year of age. Hard getting back in the swing of things, getting bloodwork done on Friday, hormones/IGF. See if my test levels need a boost. Your always welcomed here in the High Taxed state of NY.
