He's Finnish. He's, if not disturbed, a very "special" personality. All he is talking about is basically how a liquorice pipe is a forbidden fruit and a how he gets high from it.

Mr. Klaus, you got all that from this video?  Most definitely something is going on with this person.  Now, I don't know if his behavior is an act but he is severely disfigured.  I take it Finland doesn't have a good dental plan.  

Off topic:  I'm good friends with an IFBB Pro from Finland (Not from but lives there)
