I'm familiar with his methods, but in my humble opinion there are much better ways to achieve progressive overload, and progressive overload is the Holy Grail of muscle building. But, I think that his methods could achieve some conditioning benefits, but not much size and strength gains.

Yea genetics rule grimek couldnt overcome the wide hips. Frank one of the all time greats but small used all he had to beat some monsters back in da day.
