i used to eat nothing all during the week like in the 800-1500 calorie range and binge eat on weekends, always hungry during those times but banging many average and hot hoes. eating meat will defnitly give you more power to train when you are young because your body makes vitamins to counteract negatve effects of meat eating when you are young, your body quits making its own vitamins when your older 20ish . i remember always eating chicken n steak but always always trying to restrict my calories seemed like the more i  cut calores the leaner i got. its not even worth starving for the hoes, you get plenty of hoes being a little bulky

You have arguably more pics of yourself on this site than anyone else.

exactly my point for some its hard to accept a few basic principles about lifting

i always put myself out there becuase i always wanted to learn from other people, but much to my surprise many people do very predictable workout and eating regimens and get offended if told there mothers chicken or fathers home grilled meat is bad for them, but the ones that are unorthodox in there methods probably dont even post on websites at all. Ive realized my best research is just analyzing all the refined foods i eat and try to eat up the "wholesome" counterparts. For example if you eat alot of high fructose corn syrup you should consume blackstrap molasses since it is the original form of sugar with all the minerals , this well balance out any nutritional imbalances when consuming refined sugar cane

Falcon, those pics are scary (in a good way, like as in "you owned most here"). Were U using any gear back then? (Besides shots of olive oil) ?

You were one Jacked Up SOB!! Long live the Falcon and his Jethro Tull workouts!

i had superior motivation to get ripped for hoes back in the day, i also had the 18 year old 23 years old style genetics and eating tons of meatt, cardio everyday

eventually  i realized the corners of my hair line were brittle and receeding this was one of the reasons to stop eating meat. i didnt want to look old that was my biggest fear
