why would you not consume the first form of sugar, ...It is said the copper and the other buffering minerals can also reverse grey hair.

Probably because it's not practical... what are you? living in the 19th century ?!...

how exactly are you going to put molasses in your tea to sweeten it.. ?

is it not practical to maintain a healthy balance of minerals in your body ?

why create constant nutritional deficiencies without filling in the missing minerals, and not putting your body into scavenging mode in which you consume a refined product then your body has to use its own stores of minerals to create balance. Why not aim to consume balance

My ass hair is going grey now and it is a real pain shaving it.
Would the black strap molasses help with that?

Molasses = great product mix with milk and 2 bananas and 6 eggs 1 yolk and vanilla and brewers yeast.BooooM great supp drink.Johnny ole friend you are onto something here just ask Arnold. ;)

the bananas do give it the right kinda taste when mixin it with molasses for sure
