Sat - Sun - All Carbs anything goes - Ice Cream - Pasta - Cream sauce etc etc

meal 1 eggwhites papeti food as much as you feel like,,some kind of juice,,some soft cereal bar,,notice i dont give a fuck about sugars right?
meal 2 jamaica village jerk chikan andwhite rice and beans or stwe beef with white rice ,,with some kind of juice
meal 3 sushi bar
meal 4 pizza of your choice preferebly gluten free they do ti now day taste better,,but really dont matter
meal 5 left over sushi
meal 6 some up your mass 4 scoops
meal 7 maybe 5guy burger if americano
meal 8 more eggwhites papeti food and maybe a nice half a cup of ice cream before bed,,
now you may be open your eyes and say naaaaa,,but my friend my answer to you is YAAAAA,,thats what many of us do ,,why? because diet ha nothing to do with being large at 8% ,,if you try to get down to 4 % then yes,,but for every day bodybuilder that walk around 8% cut ripped and large there is no such a thing as diet,,ofcourse there is one must and this must is GH IN BLOOD
but yes all the diet you hear about talked is all balonie you are fed,,those diets are bunch of crap,,the only diet that matters is the one that grow you lean or the one that take you down to 4% and you wont be able to get down to 4 % if you dont have enough muscle on you from the diet i mentioned alnong with gh usage since being on steroid alone and this diet will make you bloofy as i always say ,,
gh a must then it really dont matter what you eat as long as it has lots of protien and lots of carbs that should be cycled dependent of final goal
