Talk to anyone in small business and ask them how things are going. 

Plus, when he took office - UE was less than 8%.   Its at 10% now and othng he has done in 2 years has stemmed the problems from getting worse or helped it at all.

Sorry - the CBO said Medicaire would cost 9 times lss than it does today too.   It also was forced to admit obaacare wont reduce the deficit either after reality was forced upon it.
