Fucking-A. The Israelis have, in many ways, become the very oppressors, bullies and bad guys that they utterly hate from the past (e.g., the Nazis and Egyptians). At the same time, Palestinians running around shouting "allahuhackbar!" before literally blowing up and killing a bunch of Israeli civvies is equally uncool.
As horrible as it sounds, I think the only way "peace" will ever be achieved is if there's another holocaust -- only I reckon this one will be orchestrated by Israelis using nuclear weapons.
Can I completely blame them? No. Forget the Palestinians: they're surrounded by hostile nations. Iran constantly saber-rattles about warring with Israel. As great as I think the Persians are as a whole -- especially some of the women
-- if they stand for that kind of bullshit leadership, I can't help but to say they've got what's coming to them.
In brief, that could mean Israel goes apeshit and uses small nukes against Iran. Me? I'm all for isolationism again. We've got plenty of natural resources to use, and alternative energy means are gaining some ground. FUCK the middle east and drill, drill, DRILL, baby! In the meantime, as I said, explore other ways to power our infrastructure. But to just give up on our oil rigs and all of those areas ripe with good old black gold ... that's just fucking INSANE, especially if the U.S. ever hopes to remain the foremost economic power in the globe.
