Yes I think you can. In fact, if the world is truly going to end on some specific date, such as 12/21/2012 on the day before, you should have permission to really tie one on. Don't quote me on this though. I don't want to be responsible for a bunch of folks falling off the wagon. It would be pretty bad if they did that and then the world keep going on as it has for the past 40 billion years or even since man has existed for the last 200,000 years.

Personally, I think we came here from outer space. Now that we've screwed up this planet by shitting all over our environment, it might be time to think about moving on to another planet. Anyone have a space ship they'd like to offer me a ride on? I am a pretty good cook.

If I get what you are saying here, I think you give yourself too little credit.
