daily meditation is proven to be a stress reliever/have a calming effect. doesnt matter mantra, prayer, or saying ooohhmm...it relaxes the mind and body.

X2 on the meditation I practiced for a couple of years, when first starting it makes you comfortable and you want run it teaches boredom and most of us cant handle that but brings the subconcius mind up much like a dream state.
