First I hear that... I knew a dude who's back literally looked like one of those winter rubber carpet..

I believe there called Xanth deposits. Fatty deposits(skin tags) on the eye lids and around the eyes. A lot of old people get these but also people with high cholesterol

Not trying to bash a product over another but there may be some doucherie going on here... how is "pure"  egg white so much "better"?

Both ~6g protein per 1/4 cup (protein = serious business)

Kirkland Real egg "product" (99% pure egg whites)  6x16 oz $10.05 --> $0.10/oz


Eggology, 100% Fresh Egg Whites, 16oz $10.49  --> $0.66/oz


What am I missing??



I didn't read the whole thread. In fact, I just read your post. But don't eat eggs raw. I know our god of hormona drinks them right out of the carton but:

THe costco ones are cheap and good.  Problem is they suck drinking them plain.  All the crap they add into them makes them tast like crap if you try to drink them raw.  The 100% Egg whites "even from the store in quarts, they are cheaper than the damn Egg whites international if you buy the max bulk 4 gallon pack" are almost tasteless when you drink them.

you just drink 2 big cartons a day ,,hald in morning,,half on way to gym ,,half after gym and half before bed,,sometims even 3,,it will absorb my friend,, they pasturize them it taste good,, you really start liking it like drinking water after a year,,you wait for it ,,you need it like you need water and its digestable ,,the only time you may have problemos i when you eat raw fish sushi and before hand or after drunk eggwhite carton ,,then your bathroom will um smell like a salmon fish been there for a week dead,,so try avoid it ,,then again if no girlfriend....you can do that too ,,actually if she love you she will let you use her victoria secret perfume a bathroom spray after your stinky diareea lol

A couple days or weeks later doing leg press I got an exertion headache, which seriously freaked me out.  If you've never had one before, it's an explosive pounding pain your brain that bursts into existence instantly and then fades out a little while later.

I thought I had an aneurysm or something.  And even though the headaches went away fairly quickly, I felt a constant pressure in my head at all times, which was very disconcerting.  In addition, I was just generally not feeling that good, so I decided to change my diet a little and get rid of the eggs about two weeks later.  During this whole period (ie the two weeks I was eating tons of eggs) I felt like I was walking on thin ice and if I strained on a lift at all I would get another exertion headache.

Pretty much as soon as I got rid of the eggs, I started feeling a lot better and the headaches and head pressure went away.  I haven't eaten eggs since.  Obviously I can't draw any serious conclusions, but I just thought I'd share my experiences nonetheless.

I'm with you on this. It seems like the more we adulterate food the more problems there are with it. I remember when the hype was that margarine was supposed to be healthier than butter. Now we know otherwise. Soy was all the rage for awhile until someone discovered it turns men into girls. If something calls for sugar, don't use a sugar substitute. Diet pop makes fat people fatter. Remember when Coca Cola was a syrup mixed with carbonated water at the soda fountain and it tasted good....not like a glass of chemicals? The best peanut butter is made from ground peanuts with nothing else added. If you want an egg eat the whole thing.

Despite what you may think, the problem wasn’t with eggs but perhaps the huge quantity of them you were eating each day. Eat all things in moderation to be healthy. Too much protein is hard on your kidneys.

Soy does no such thing. Diet soda has zero calories. Eating whole eggs is fine but if you want to get 50 grams of protein that means youl need to eat 8 or 9 whole eggs, and that's over 40 grams of fat. Totally unnecessary and excessive amount of fat for 99% of people 99% of the time.

I normally eat whole eggs.................... ..5 or 6 at a time,except when trying to get lean.

The difference is calories:

5 whole eggs = 335 cals - 30 gms. protein
10 egg whites = 170 cals - 30 gms. protein

Big calorie difference when dieting.
