It is somewhat painful to watch and listen. Jay is a smart guy but he does himself no favors when trying to speak and promote himself. He should buy himself a PR coach or someone that will enable him to open up more and be exciting.

Thats what I dont get.... They say Jay is the champ, coz hes the best at promoting bodybuilding. How can a boring monotone fuck be good at promoting. Phil would be 3232332233344334 x better.

And after the interview Jay said it was a good interview! lol Id hate to imagine what a bad interview is like

i'm sure jay is a "good normal" guy in real life with family and friends and what not, but he has to know he has to be or at least TRY to be different acting when he's in the media and promoting himself and his industry.

yeah, he comes across as boring, but his emotions and his voice,  it's almost like he is exhausted all the time and a combination as well of almost being painfully shy and scared/nervous, and maybe he thinks he has to act i don't know kind of masculine and tough and rough and oh so serious as a mr.olympia and that it wouldn't be "appropriate or becoming" for him to clown around or crack jokes or hell even change the tone of his voice, etcetera.

i find it amusing that such a pursuit that involves taking mass quantities of drugs and being completely focused on ones self to the point of selfishness is even attempting to seem like a legitimate pastime or healthy endeavour.

competitive bodybuilding is such a joke.

juice and workout until you look like a block of shapeless mass. wonderful.
