either you ain't burning, or your ass is eating a shit load of calories, I lose weight just looking at a treadmill.
um, I mix up the incline, eat 1200 to 1500 calories a day. I'll never have a flat stomach, top of stomach is spot on but not the lower half without surgery.
maybe mix it up? do some intervals or stairs or a shorter distance at a faster pace?
I do the stairclimber and stairmaster also. Right now increasing endurance. 92 days before the first marathon.
