things is if A BODYBUILDER beat some twink up with a bat what kinds of sentence would he get

fck I knock out a kids tooth and I get assault with a deadly weapon -WTF? bats

They would list all the things he was on--Tylenol, etc...his competitive record, the experience a lil old lady had 5 yrs ago when he was taking out the garbage---at night, "He scared me!"

he was out cold and they still were hitting him with a baseball bat.. they had intent.. the pussys would not man up and take him on with just fists.. even when his wife tried to shelter him they still were hitting him.. it is murder plain and simple..

they had intent to hurt him, not necessarily kill him, although i think most people with a brain realize hitting someone with a bat repeatedly is probably going to kill them.
