Me too. It gave me insomnia, just the opposite of what I wanted. I was taking pill form though.
Are you referring to tingles? Because GABA does have a tendency to give some people a tingling sensation throughout their body... it feels almost like your skin is crawling. I too experienced that when I first started taking GABA. It's the result of your sensory receptors opening up. It does pass after a day or two... but I gotta admit, it's a creepy feeling, and makes it difficult to sleep at first. Now, ...I sleep like a baby.
