I don't even understand how that is possible.  Doesn't the body naturally try to balance itself out?  I mean one arm being an inch bigger than the other, or one nut being a little bigger than another, that's understandable.  But this kid has 1, 18 inch arm and 1, 13 inch arm. Unbeleivable. :o
