Theres a couple of black guys at my old gym in Houston, former college footballers, they all bench 350-405 for reps with ease, its insane, before I moved to Houston I saw 1 person move 405 at all, let alone for reps.
Black guys just have something special genetically on average, theyre just gifted.

It's been posted before and that's how they used to do it in the old days when there were no bench press machines , clean it , bench. crazy stuff

315 for barely 3 isnt what i call impressive or crazy strength.that is weak ass shit considering he weighs about 250.im 270 and can do 315 for 12-15 on incline any day,and him rolling up his torso is the stupidest thing ive ever seen.

Yes ,Arnold used to do it when he was in austria also , lean an incline bench against the wall clean it and fall back onto bench.
