I can understand Jay training on Christmas Day - he's Mr Olympia and has a title to defend next year. But what about the other guys he's training with - don't they have anything better to do?

Why would you bother asking gh15 whay jay takes? you should know by now..

3-4grams of test, 25-40 IU of gh, lots of quality trenbalone and eq,compensating with tons of insulin because your genetic suck= current Mr. O.

I dont know if you notice but gh15 really seems to despise the use of insulin in bbing and tends to praise bbers who rely more on AAS.

GH15 makes it sound like 210 is a bad natural base. Most pro's were probably around 180lbs like Dennis James when they started juicing. Dexter was even smaller than that.

PS- how is Jay carrying "fake" muscle? Ive seen him, in person, incline pressing the 160lb dumbells for like 10 reps! His muscle looks real to me.

And Shawn Ray was incline pressing 150s at 205, and 180s at at slightly higher bodyweight...
Jay's muscle is not "quality" muscle---just look at it...justlok at the pic of him with those dudes, their arms lms look the same...

natural base of jason cutler is somewhere at 190 12-15%
