I like it. It's pretty good. Is there anything specific you wanna know about it?

Well, the training is good. For each exercise that he performs you'll only see him do about 1-2 sets, but that's not the only sets he does; just what the videos shows. He explains the hows and whys of each exercise he does. There's no 'day in the life' on the DVD per se, but you will see him backstage and behind the scenes at the '09 Olympia. Food prep? You don't see him doing any of the sort, but there is a section on the DVD where he explains what he eats and why; he'll show you the food as well.

And one more thing, remember when FLEXonline had the video posted on their website of Phil doing the Extreme Makeover with that one kid? Well, that's on the DVD as well.

Also you'll see him guest pose at the Colorado State where he collapsed on stage. He explains what happened there and what happened to him at the '09 Olympia. I may be biased here because I really like Phil Heath, but I thought the DVD was good. You should get it.

Is it similar to his first two because I wasn't too impressed with them?

I find it more informative and in depth than his first one, so take that for what it's worth.

It is pretty good in reality because Lee Priest has a Cameo in it and Lee speaks about his training, diet, lifts and Scat Porn addiction.  ;D

Why don't the mods ever do their job on this site?  If wiggs starts a thread about a phil heath video it should be moved to the sex board.
