I don't need the govt paying a doctor to tell me this.   Everyone knows to get a will, POA, LW, HCP ect.  

Now we need the govt involved in this too?  Yeah, I'm sure that will work out great.

Not me personally, but there is a big difference when someone chooses who makes that decision and the govt being that person.

and you're aware that a doctor would make more money if he didn't advice a patient on end of life options (i.e. he/she would be able to prescribe more expensive tretments) but you actually only make money from the same patient if you advice them on end of life options.
