just look into the animals eyes, do you feel any remorse. could the cow be as sacred to you as it is to the hindus?

can you imagine the possiblity you could be making a mistake and from here on out have some essence of guilt when eating this creature that imaginably brought you into existance by chance?

Animals, plants and all other life on Earth is part of an intricate food chain/cycle, in which they eat and get consumed by other species at some point, one way or the other. Animals have no purpose in life, other than to ensure the survival of their species by reproducing, so their serving as a means to an end for us humans is perfectly OK.

I know you think it's noble to not eat animals, but they get eaten by other animals as part of a natural process, so our eating them is no different. But if you don't want to eat meat for your own reasons, I can accept that.

If your trying to make apoint that abstaining from meat is somehow "holy" or a sacred type of thing, what do feel about the god of Moses giving him permision to eat it. ???

who is to say our purpose is any different? you obviously argue to convince yourself,

just to justify your constant lying of murder, to be able to live with it. nothing else.

People who achieve something worthwhile with their life, for one.

If you think there is no difference between the existence of a cow and a human being, then it's pointless to argue about it. BTW, slaughtering an animal to consume it's meat is not murder, any more than doing the same to a plant.

you are a good guy in some respects but you fail to realize that meat isnt good for you. take a look at your bald head is evidence #1

it is not good why do so many continue to say its healthy to eat meat. heme-iron found in meat is heavily correlated with cancer

to say that animals have no purpose is rediculous. bees pollinate plants for example, you just havent been on the earth to realize the potential of other species. Your assesment will not hold up in the years to come, one purpose is that they are a test of compassion, if you have none on them why should god have compassion on you, thats his creation not yours
