what height and weight are you, and what will you be next year?

I am 6-6 300 benchin abut 225

last year was same weight benchin 200 and bad back.

next year want to be 250 benching 250

6'3.5" 255lbs

Next year probaly the same height and maybe 5lbs heavier but leaner ideally.

6ft 2" 250 lbs  ....  (like to be 6ft 7" 350 lbs this time next year)

You should be able to add 25 to yo bench within 2 months, not one year.
