Also my main meal is pretty quick if you cook the chicken in a big batch beforehand:
.5 lbs chicken torn up and mixed with 1 bag uncle bens boil in bag brown rice, a tablespoon of olive oil and a bunch of fresh cut salsa.
Tastes good too!
Other than that, egg whites, milk and olive oil all in a shaker is a nice quick meal.
Or frozen banana, whey, milk, almond butter, maybe some olive oil all blended up.
