Ok fellas, it seems that this hard-ass tough guy wants me banned from getbig, so I've come up with what I think is a pretty good idea. Fred and I will have a 6 week body transformation contest, with the terms being that the loser will delete his account, and that the getbig members will be the judging panel for this contest. The contest will be to see who can make the greatest improvement to their physique within this 6 week time frame. Yeah, I know that fred is chemically enhanced and I'm not, I'm up for the challange

So what do you say fred, is it a deal?

Well panda, option B is a requirement for this contest, so if you are right, then yeah, I guess that he will not partake in this particular challange.

Well, if the tough guy accepts them we will both post before pics, so no one really goes 1st. And remember, this contest isn't necessarily who looks the best, but who can make the greatest improvements to their physique in 6 weeks time.

Yea I believe so, uk is much bigger and has competed but dj has the ability to starve himself so we will see. Uk is ready by Sept dj wants Oct I think he got fat needs more time.

Wow, this dude has literally been at it for years. My observational data set is limited to one year, the time I've been here; seeing the same mental perturbations operative in the same people from years ago puts things in perspective and, I must say, makes me rather sad.

thats why I bumped it. I actually never even saw this thread until today believe it or not. I know that sometimes i look back at some of my posts years ago and roll my eyes at how fucking dumb i was, but its ....not just with young guys you see it with guys in their 30's and 40's on here every day. so um Where's DJ? sad- no better way to put it. ... whiney ass attention whore

and here's what i can say, you dudes will be shocked at what proper training with BARBELLS and hammer machines at a real gym can do

remember, before i was only training at home with my pink dumbbells and doing some push-ups here and there lol

wrong on all accounts. You can build the best chest in the world on a fucking bowflex machine, muscles do not know free weights/machines /etc all they they know is tension.

Anyway, a guy with 30-40 extra pounds in decent shape will always win from a shredded anorexic 160-165 pound beta.
