Yeah i saw a vid on youtube he looks pretty short. Good build regardless of anything else. Prob just decent grade mid dosed gear and good genetics.

I'm no expert on assisted training though.

I've seen this guy training at World Gym in San Diego. He is still in fantastic shape. His body fat % is in the single digits. I was squatting in the rack right next to him and witnessed him doing 405 for 10 ass-to-grass reps. Can most people here do that?... I doubt it.

The haters here ought to show this man some respect. His 50+ year old physique is still better than 95% of the morons who post on this forum.
