Thanks FP! I think when I left on the trip yeah that was my best shape, but by the end I had gained 14 lbs lol, most of these pictures are somewhere in between so I had gotten a tad softer but I think still okay overall.

The cool thing is once you know how many cals/cardio/protein your body needs to get in shape and can pick a few foods that taste alright enough to meet that, its easy to control your weight.

Of course you know this already as one of the more knowledgeable getbiggers when it comes to diet, despite the fact that many here contest to your views

I don't think anybody would contest his views if he looked like he worked out, it's like having an obese guy saying he's a personal trainer at your gym, obviously you're gonna laugh and say 'yeah, ok..

if ftp was 190lbs at 9-10% bf I'm sure a lot more people would take him seriously,also it just seems like he has 0 willpower, he keeps trying to find shortcuts where there are none, like all these exotic workout methods/supplements while still eating garbage and living on kitkat's when it's the first thing he should be staying away from.
