regardless of how hard it is to believe, this may be true. Most on getbig tend to overthink shit, and look like shit. Most guys who look good, dont spend time on bbing boards because they never had to :) I am currently on 500mg test and a actually gaining and thought i was gonna shrink up.say 95 percent of people who spend time on bbing boards lack confidence and the belief to look like they do. One thing that seems verycommon in this game. The guys who seem to not "care" and approach bbing as a hobby instead of their entire existance  are the ones who turn into freaks the fastest. Never underestimate the power of the mind.

Not necessarily. Even mesomorphs will stop at a point when eating your standard 3 meals a day and training balls to the wall won't make them any stronger. As for a hardgainer, forget about growing on 3 meals a day (i.e. ignorance) and balls to the wall training. There comes a point when you need to do the research.

if you break it, it grows back stronger.  so you should try to completely break the muscle in half each time you enter the gym. 

to grow you have to eat.  fat has the most calories therefore crisco oil should be drank post workout.

 Bodybuilding is almost all genetics for a natural, and almost all drugs for the competetive.

 Diet, training, consistency and all that shit are great for discipline and for the mental challange it offers. But it doesn't yield the awesome results.

 As a natural. You just lift hard a few times per week and after about 5 years you'll hit you're natural peak. Your genetic limits determine how far you will go. That's how it is. No amount of weight pounding and protein gorging will allow you to go beyond your genetic capacity.

 Well guys who don't go off the internet are not constantly reading posts about how Doggcrap, and Palumbo are saying if you take a gram of test you are a big fool, even pros don't take that much. They learn everything from experience and learn what works with their body. This is an obsessive cumpulsive sport, put someone with OCD and take off the "limiter" and you will have a guy who will abuse himself to get where he wants to get at all costs.

actually the dumber you are the more you grow.. i should re phrase that.. the less you know the more you grow.. i owned a few gyms.. you had those that were literally walking dictionaries about bodybuilding.. they would fail to progress much.. then you had those who literally did not know the name of many movements let alone much about gear.. yet they progressed.. why?

 well , as stated earlier , they never over thought it much.. they just came in and lifted.. they did not try every routine that was printed each month.. they just did the movements that they liked and trained until they felt tired.. but they trained consistent.. never missed.. the "genius" group would sometimes disappear because they just could not decide what routine they wanted to follow lol.. it was just to complicated lol..

 the "dumb" group just knew to train hard and they would do the same routine over and over without fail and would never be bored.. and if they were bored they still did it or at the very least would do some crazy stuff just to be different.. but it was not thought out.. it just happened..

 i have a tendency to over think things.. many who read incessantly about muscle hypertrophy, gear ect want to absorb as much knowledge as possible.. it also interests us.. but it does have a tendency to complicate things and hamper progress for some.. just train.. eat.. take super supplements and be consistent..  but above all be safe..

when im tellin you that hrt level mean 1 gram of aas and 5-10 iu gh i really REALLY mean it,,this last maybe a month or 2,,then BOOM back to the bgi doses,,notice what im aying here 5-10 iu MAINTANANCE DOSES

MANY MANY MANY OF YOU FELAS OVER EAT,,I DONT TALK ABOTU IT MUCH BUT I WILL IN THE NEW YEARS,,many of you fellas over eat you eat too much even on gh you eat too much ,,but especially with out gh,,many of you just eat too much ,,you take anadrol and dont notice how you gain water and fat and smoothen up because you forgot the gh becsause you read online that gh is not that important when gh is EVERY THING IN BODYBUILDING,,etc etc many of you just eat too much and look bad becuse of that,,notice how you look the best in your local gymnasium if you dont over eat that day and dont use a lot of orals but more injectable and use hgh ,,notice how you look much better than the fella on anadrol test and all you can eat buffet,,

Most of the time when people put a lot of effort in and research etc and still don't progress it's because either they arent doing drugs and have unrealistic expectations, or some factor that they really have little hope of discerning.  The body is very complex, and many many things can go wrong.  However, like Groink, Chaos, and others are always insisting, that doesn't mean weight training has to be complex.  If you're serious about your training and it still isn't working, chances are the fix is something you're just going to stumble upon randomly, or more likely... you're just going to fail.

A lot of people who are said to be genetically gifted or naturally blessed etc. just have all the pieces fall into place for them.  Then half the time they turn around and talk about "hard work."  ::)

to sum it up good bodybuilders dont fuck around. The ones who are too smart for ther own good and plan hypothetical cycles get nowhere while the idiot who buy 10 kits of gh before he knows what the word bodybuilding diet means, ends up a freak before you even made your order.

I don't think it's an issue of smart vs. dumb, but the overthinker will never train with conviction.  Guys like Yates and Coleman, they believed wholeheartedly in their training approach and never waivered from it.  Being on board mentally is the most important aspect to training.  Only about 1% of the gym population (if that) are focused enough to train consistent year after year.
