I have just had confirmation that Dennis Wolf will compete here for the first time.

There will be plenty of confirmations over the next couple of week.

March 12th-13th, don't miss it!

Arnold Clasic --> Branch, Dex, Victor - top contenders ... but Dennis Wolf can make it into the top three - after all, he was 5th at the Olympia, and did beat Victor there.

So yes, for the Arnold Classic, if LT takes Branch Warren, Isaac takes Dexter, then I will take Dennis Wolf to surprise us all for the win...

No Phil is not doing it this year. He would have if he had done the Arnold but has decided to just go for the Olympia this year.

3 1/2 champ..... with vids to prove it.

I'm sure you have a vid of yourself benching more.....
