Yea I heard he is a right girl also. The old gym owner in the gym I train trained Bill Richardson in Leeds way back in the 70s and 80s. Geoff was a bit of a bully and always called people 'boy' apparantly. Tried to say it to Bill Richardson (Kickboxing champ also) Bill stood up to him and Geoff shit himself.

Very true,at the 1989 British champs for the novices in Sheffield he was the mc and halfway into the contest he had an arm wrestling table bought onstage and then started goading the audience by saying "i thought bodybuilders were strong,so who wants to arm wrestle me",the crowd started to jeer him and shouted get off stage and chanted "you fat bastard".His face was bright red with rage.Next thing i know my mate who was 19 year old and in the junior class and weighed 130lbs gets up and walks on stage to challenge him.Capes started to laugh and they got ready to arm wrestle,but he soon stopped laughing,as he couldn`t budge the guys arm.He then got that mad he pulled away and picked the table up and threw it across the stage.He is a complete wanker.
