well fri night im going out to dinner w/ some people-then im going back home around 7ish to clean the bathrooms and vaccum and use my new slow cooker someone gave me-hopefully ill get o bed at like 10 unless my dumb neighbors keep me up w/ their possible news years party
then sat im going outta town until sunday afternoon!

its been a slow process
but this week finally the wrist pain is pretty much gone...and it feels real strong-i can hold 30lb dumbells for lunges...and im up to 15lbs for pain free db curls
