Just snapped these pics of the Fist last night. He wishes all Getbiggers a Happy New Year. He wants all his loyal fans and followers on GetBig to know he will be back in 2011 so keep the faith. He says he's looking foward to having a "sticky" here so people can ask quesitons and learn all about training and MMA. Diet advice will be a "pay only service" with phone consultations.
