in the positive board i typed out a lengthy post explaining what pyramids were the least effective for strength and hypertrophy (very similar to what disco stu said) which you decided to delete because you were being made to look like an idiot again - so fuck you homo.
every single study i post here is ignored, misunderstood, or ignorantly debated - especially by the usual steroid crew that live and die by broscience. claiming studies are bullshit because i look bad (retarded beyond belief) - yet they refuse to post their own pic proving their broscience is right 
i have already posted more than enough proof that a calorie is a calorie. The fact that you don't seem to know anything about this just highlights how utterly intellectually challenged you are.
I'll tell you what you ugly inbred peasant why don't you post proof that a calorie is not a calorie (only metabolic ward studies are relevant of course - as they keep all variables to a minimum as I'm sure you know

So basically rather than posting your studies (which is all he asked), youre turning it around and instead telling him to prove you wrong (which he shouldnt have to, as youre the one telling all of us about these studies.)
BUT, you are not giving him any room to work, as you will accept nothing less than the same controlled scientific studies that (since you know they agree with you) Youre basically telling him, prove me wrong BUT YOU CAN ONLY USE THE SOURCES I GIVE YOU (which just happens to agree with me)., which is stupid, as Science has yet to create a single person that even looks like a bodybuilder.
And dont give us that "steroid user" crap, as you have admitted to using and are the complete tard that says that GH does NOTHING for muscle mass. Even if if doesnt directly add muscle mass, it does something, seeing as how the physiques of the 90's (when GH became readily used) skyrocketed in weight. So again, real world results fly in the face of your case studies.
My thing is, when Im trying to learn how to do something, (I.E. Bodybuilding) I go out and find the biggest guy I can, find out what hes doing, and follow that to a T, because I know that it works. Trying to reinvent the wheel is the dumbest thing you can possibly do.
Your case studies have yet to provide any OUTSTANDING resulsts (Wavelength and Adonis I dont consider outstanding, Wavelength has an exceptional fast metabolism, and Adonis you never know if hes telling the truth or not).
