The Big 10 has been the worst conference in the country for years now. The Big East might under-perform during the regular season but they always step up when the bowl games come. The Big 10 elite beat up on out of conference cream puffs and then get their heads kicked in come bowl season when they have to play teams with records over .500.

Watching the Stanford game, I would easily take the bet that Stanford is a 2 win team without Luck or Harbaugh. This team has nothing going for it in terms of talent. They win but nobody outside of Luck really stands out. Boring game, too.

I'd say it's almost a guarantee that Harbaugh and Luck are gone. Stanford hadn't been to a bowl since 2001 when Harbaugh got there and I suspect they'll be right back there, though. Can't blame them, though. Any player with talent is going to head to Oregon or USC.
