I saw The Fighter last night and wasn't that impressed. Judging by all of the reviews I thought it would have been much better.

The fights scenes sucked. Could have used more drug use and over the top drama. Like his brother sucking cock for crack and the old mom walks in on him. You know man...something classy.

I'm just into good plots and good acting and stuff like that. That's why I liked it.

If you just want tons of action then The Fighter probably isn't a great movie.

Steroids over 20 years?! Look at him in Boogie Nights. Weighs like 160. And pretty much all his work since the Funky Bunch. But, I haven't seen the new flick, so maybe he looks good, I don't know.

It was OK, nothing great....pretty much by- the- numbers fighter movie plot

best thing about it was the gutter mouth everyone had....that shit was funny and rang true.

And his build in the latest movie definitely looks a bit hormonized. Lots of people think that just because a guy is 170 or 180 that he must not be on hormones. That's ignorant. That just means he's on lower doses and probably takes time off.
