Worked out with Nimrod years ago.  Helped me alot and was a very nice guy.  More than I can say for that little chinese guy from the late eighties.  That guy was a perfect asshole and bitch.  Thought he was better than everyone and a real "jokester".  POS!

king used to train 30 rep sets as far as i can recall...

all high rep stuff..light weights.
