Let's hope he stays out of the political light for quite some time. He screwed up California. They can keep him there...

He screwed up California? Oh, really? So he was the one who made the $700 billion debt he inherited as governor? And he is to blame for not solving it, even though the Democatric legislators completely tied his hands? I am neither a Republican or Democrat, but it's sad how the solution of Democrats for everything is to either raise taxes on the upper classes and borrow money(municipal and state levels) or print it(federal). The concepts of personal reponsability and very, very simple deductive logic that even a toddler can understand(you cannot spend more money than you have) completely eludes them.

Arnold is just going to worship the devil and rape women in underground bunkers with his illuminati friends.

he never got any more than 170 000 dollars a year with his government career, he never accomplished ONE goal. One of them being getting the peoples trust back towards the politicians after some vast corruption going in that scene.

haha, monster fail.

He just joined in on the corruption. Made millions under the table. Made his connections.

You think he ever gave a fuck about gaining the public's trust? He didn't.

ehhh, true that.. they never care about us... I just wanted to sound cool and ridicule a greater man than my self, joining the sheeps for a short while...  :D

but in his political career he NEVER GOT ANY MORE than 170 000 dollars a year, and I only talk about his goverment career, that he only got 170 000 a year, so no millions of dollars or anything... not saying he didn't get money from everywhere else which he did, but not because he was a governor.

We will see home soon in Ohio at the Arnold Classic the beginning of March.  Without the 8 CHP officers that follow him arorund.

As for screwing up California, try the stonewalled Democrats who only think of raising taxes to maintain their high expenses.

By the way, Gov Brown was sworn in today here in California.

Whatcha wanta bet he still has a full security team surrounding him?

No one in their wildest dreams, except Arnold, imagined the success he would have in the movie industry, politics and as a businessman. Perhaps today marks the end of the Arnold era. I doubt we will ever see anyone like him again.

He appointed his mates Franco and Dick Tyler to chiropractor positions and honoured Joe Weider. Steroids are still illegal in California and elsewhere. We actually had a former Mr Olympia in a high political office but bodybuilding hasn't advanced one iota. Yes, observers will say that he had other matters far more important. Did he do anything for the gym industry? Just wondering.

Anyway, Arnold has had a good life so far and on that I congratulate him. He has even stayed with his wife which also surprises me. He truly has lived the American Dream to the fullest imaginable.

Pretty surreal. As far as Arnold and his wife, it would be unwise for them to separate. He married her for a reason and will stick it through.

California was pretty screwed due to the worldwide economic climate so it didn't really matter what Arnold did - it's not his fault the economy is crap at the moment.

I think he'll try to figure out a way so he can run for President, get a few laws changed and all that. I hope he does anyway.

It will take constitutional amendment...

He talked about how Gray Davis screwed up California, but he did nothing to fix it when he became governor. I know he had to deal with Democrats that thought they could tax and spend out of debt but California didn't learn anything from either Governor and now elected a former failed Governor. California will get exactly what they voted for, More Debt and more unemployment and even more higher taxes.

Yeah, I know it's not a good situation for California either way. You guys had a Rino for a Governor and now a full card carrying Liberal like Brown to really mess things up.. As if Californians didn't get enough of Brown in the 80's....

X2. We're in for a "change" with good old "Jerry Brown"  ::)  :-[

as for Arnold without his "entourage".. will be weird..

I don't think were going to amend the Constitution so that Arnold can run for president..He's going to have to consult President Obama on, "how to run for president, while not being constructional eligible to be president."
