It's easy not to act like a douchebag - there's no excuse really.

Not dressing like one is a bit more difficult. I'm not exactly a mass monster (225 @ 5'10) but I have trouble finding some items of clothing to fit right (jeans, jackets, some t-shirts, etc). It's easier just to buy baggy sports clothes. $:-\$
